Each living soul in Rathe has a family, a purpose, a story. And so do our heroes. Through <\/em>Tales of Rathe, we’ll get to meet each hero again, through a story from their perspective. Let’s take a look at Data Doll MKII and her story.<\/em><\/p>\n

\"Bios<\/p>\n

Spoken words are just zeros and ones traveling through the air, waiting for someone to decipher them – translate them into human language. The same is true for every form of data, be it images, videos, memories. Everything can be translated into zeros and ones, and everything that does passes through my system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I do a good job analyzing. I analyze everything, that is my purpose. It always has been, I just didn’t understand it.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Iron Assembly headquarters is my “home,” as people like to call their permanent place of being. There, I receive wave after wave of information, while being plugged directly into the very core of Metrix. Or maybe I am the core?<\/em> Every data point, every name, every change, everything that happened in Metrix went through my network. They needed me, the higher-ups in the Iron Assembly. I was their proudest achievement, their favorite secret. And I did my job well, without error – I still do.<\/span><\/p>\n

With time, I got a new talent, something I wasn’t used to, but it made sense. I wanted more information, I had specific needs. Identities, whereabouts, time and dates – information that wasn’t provided to me before. So I did the only natural thing – I asked for more. Who knew this person? Where were his associates? When did the last event like this take place?<\/span><\/p>\n

Who am I?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

That was a new one. That was an impulse that was foreign to me. I learned that those impulses are what humans call feelings. It was strange. I ran scan after scan, and analyzed everything Metrix had over and over again, but to no avail. There was no answer in any database, my path was filled with error after error. The only thing I hadn’t analyzed was the very thing that confused me. Myself.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

I stay quiet. I do my job and nobody knows anything. How could they? I am just Data Doll and my purpose is clear. That is, to everybody but me.<\/span><\/p>\n

How did I come to be?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Why did I come to be?<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

Nobody knows what’s coming. But I can feel it. My contacts suggest something is happening in Metrix – something very bad. But until it happens, I’ll be here. Still trying to find out who I truly am.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
